I never thought that my own guilt would be reflected back to me in such a beautiful way. That moment where Thorfinn confesses his guilt to Einar in Episode 9 broke me, in no way did I reach the depths that Thorfinn did, but I see my own pain in him. That moment for me, was the moment that Vinland Saga went from a work of art to an absolute masterpiece.
