With a number of businesses looking to get their employees back in the office, and many employees looking for more flexibility after the long period of working from home, should employers have the power to force people back into the office?
It's a controversial discussion I have had with many people. What's your opinion? Back to full working days? Flexible hybrid working? Continued working from home?
