Cinnamon Filling

CINNAMON FILLING FOR BUNS, CINNAMON ROLLS, PASTRIES AND CINNAMON BREAD
Recipe
150g/ 1 1/3 sticks of softened butter
150g/ 3/4 cup of soft dark brown sugar
3tsp of potato starch or cornstarch
4tsp of cinnamon
Potato starch and Cornstarch may also be referred to as potato flour and cornflour depending where you live

I’ve never heard of potato starch; is it okay to use corn starch?
