Tbh Rocky really is in my top ten favorite red rangers. It’s his personality and lines that do it for me. 😅

The next episode is where Aisha get the braids and like this episode, the rangers fights against an army of past monsters, again.
I’d forgotten that that last fight (the one on the mountaintop with the old monsters) was even in here. It was totally forgettable.
I suspect this could have been a one-part episode if they stuck to the essentials and cut out all the padding. But they had to do 52 episodes with limited actor availability, so we get this kind of stuff.
Fortunately, the next set of episodes, while not devoid of padding, is both hilarious (sometimes even for the reasons the writers wanted it to be!) and important to the plot.
S2 was originally supposed to have more episodes. I've read some of the scripts that didn't make it to be filmed. And apparently there might be about 3 more that we don't know of.
One of the most interesting thing about this episode is that the production team actually fixed an issue with the Sentai footage. In the dairanger ep, the monster took the duplicate of the red rangers Zord after the megazord was formed. For how badly edited this is, it’s worth pointing out that they did get some stuff right 😅
The next 3 parter Episodes slap start your next morphing Monday saying this is the countdown of the final 12 episodes of season 2
To be fair, the Rangers weren't expecting the Copyzord.

As for why Rocky only and then the others joining after I can only think Tommy didn't want the whole Thunder Megazord to be copied but there was no way for Tommy to really think of that happening and also the monster could have made yet another copy but this time of the Thunder Megazord so really it still makes no sense.
to be fair, it's like Toei really didn't send them many Dairanger suits either that or they got destroyed when shipping, it is known that Toei sent them Giant Scorpina a Zyuranger suit at some point but her suit was basically destroyed, Photomare was likely another example of 1 of those 2 outcomes.
The RangerWiki does state that the movie's filming was underway at this point in time.
Ed Neil did a great job as Zedd's suit actor.

Saban is too cheap to make that many new suits, a lot of what you saw on the Plague Patrollers just comes from an assortment of other suits and some of Giant Scorpina is on 1 of them
Who holds up the power cannon when 4 of the rangers put in their power orbs or whatever? Also thank God their power cannon has auto aim lol.
I read a fan fiction story of s2 power rangers crossover with Harry Potter where the port key after meeting up with voldemort brought Harry to angel Grove and eventually he became the white ranger instead of Tommy to stop zedd from trying to steal Harry's magic. Was kind of an interesting idea.
I'm going to blame the delay on Lord Zedd messing with the flow of time, thereby absolving Monty and Nikki of any blame.

If they had just stuck with adapting the costume footage from each Sentai, the cuts would've been better. Just using the monsters and zords was ridiculous.
They did for marketing purposes, like imagine how risky would be to make such a large change to the suit which don't even look that similar in design to og suits at peak popularity. The risk of this is kind of shown when they switched to zeo which led to a drastically decrease in popularity
@@SkyFireInterests Saban only switched in Zeo because the popularity was already waning, and they couldn't keep synching the footage with different color rangers, like Green. I bet if he could do it over, he'd stick with adapting each show to make things easier that way.
I mean I don’t blame you guys, the second half of season 2 was ROUGH. Like between rushing to get three new actors while having to go film the movie in Australia shortly after, these handful of episodes were just really made very poorly and practically rushed

most of the monsters Lord Zedd brings back are Rita's Monsters not his.
Honestly I'm surprised the show didn't get cancelled at this point, the second half of season 2 was so bad, if they just paid the original actors what they wanted they would of made so much more money from the movie, when I was in school around 9 to 10 years old at the time all the kids stopped watching at this point, they was mad they replaced the actors so they stopped watching, it was only because of the toys I kept watching, luckily it gets a bit better next episode then season 3 it's enjoyable again.

I really think that people need to rewatch MMPR all the way through as adults so they can realize how bad these seasons actually are. Yes, there are some good standout moments and episodes, but overall it’s weak and is only as loved as it is because of the nostalgia goggles. It’s nice to see the two of you actually acknowledging the low quality

MontyVerse and Nicki, It was a great reaction of the Conclusion of the 2 Part episode of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers that is titled Rangers Back in Time Part 2. Also, Alpha use the Laser Stun Scanner on both Goldar and the PhotoMare Monster. Also, The Rangers did use the Thundermegazord to face off against both the PhotoMare and the Evil Version of the Warrior Mode of the Red Dragon Thunderzord in the Zord Battle. Also, The Rangers face off against the Putties, Goldar, Invenusable Flytrap, Dramole, and Oysterizer in the Morphed Fight. Also, The Rangers did use the Power Cannon to destroy the Rock of Time. Also, The Present Time has returned to Normal. Also, A Question for you and Nicki, Are you looking forward to the reaction of Best Man for the Job? Also, I am looking forward to another Multi Part reaction episode of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers that is titled the Wedding next week.
