Hi Lisa Marie. Are you referring to Rakuten? That is the only thing with a $40 bonus I've mentioned in the past few months. I never mentioned a PayPal signup bonus.
I can't redeem my kicks on SHopkicks! It has been 2 weeks. I emailed them and reinstalled the app several time with no success. I asked the question on their page and they deleted my post!I googled and noticed there are many many ppl who had the same problem and just gave up on the app. Seems like a SCAM

You can scan the e reciept they sent you but in term of scanning physical products, you need to go to the store

it's actually legit, i redeemed a 10$ paypal. and it was instant.
