Nakakainspire ka po. Huhu. Laat Monday po ay nag-aplay kami ng kaibigan ko sa Company na pinapasukan ng pinsan ko. Medyo nakakapressure po yung ambiance don at maraming applicant pero kinaya naman, for final interview na po ako if maipasa ko ang online assessment. After po namin manggaling doon, sumakay po kami ng jeep papunta na sanang SM para don din sumakay pauwi. Pero lumagpas po kami kaya napilitan kami na sa Robinsons na lang bumaba. Then naisip ko na mag-inquire na din sa Teletech since nandoon na din naman. Mag-inquire lang po talaga ang habol namin noon, then may kuya na nasa labas ng TTEC na napagtanungan namin, tinanong nya din kami kung may Resume daw kami. Sabi namin oo then hiningi nya at titingnan n'ya daw, pero bigla na lang din n'ya kaming pinapasok sa loob at magpaintervirw na daw kami. Hahah. Kabado bente po at hindi pa ready ang loob namin pero ayon, nandon na rin naman ay ginrab na namin ang opportunity. Tulad nga po ng sabi n'yo ay napakababaitbat approachable ng mga tao don. Right now po, waiting na lang po ako sa email nila para sa Final Interview. I really hope na makapasok ako sa TTECH.

Hello Palangga. Base sa experience ko, I took 4 assessment po. (computer and comm skills, and more about customer service). Not sure lang ngayon kung may changes.

Hindi po. depende po sa magiging schedule ng team nyo po.
Maganda po ang teleperformance ksi nag process plng po ako sa final interview and I'm not sure if the teleperformance is good ?

Tanong ko lang po , sa lahat ng call center company na napasukan niyo ano po yung mas better?
hi palangga. uhmm kung bpo po, 2 bpo at 1 inhouse palang na experience ko eh. siguro teletech sa bpo, pero mas better po sa inhouse

hello, planning to apply din. Ask q lng how po hiring process?
May initial interview tapos may assessment po and then final -may mock call na po sa final sakin . I failed nung sa health care acc. and then after nun reniprofile ulit ako tapos final interview po ulit and then kailangan mo din po maipasa yung assessment para hindi po maapektuhan ang application mo kasi kahit po pasado ka sa final interview if d mo napasa Yung assessment naapektuhan po.

Hi Palangga - sorry for late reply. During that time na nag work ako dun, pagka alala ko every 10th and 25th. Not sure lang ngayon if may changes kasi that was 7 years ago pa.

Hi Po what time Po kayo nagstart Nung nagtraiining Po kayo noon?
Sa ttech po ba? Dayshift po kasi account ko nyan that time tapos naka depende po sa Sched ng trainer and available training room kaya pabago bago minsan ang sched ng start time namin. May time na 7AM, 10AM and 2PM.

Ahh, 8hrs po 5 days a week, regular work nyo na po kasi yun then sasahod nadin po kayo nun during training. Kaya din nahirapan din ako nyan that time a adjust sa school kasi need mo pumasok sa work ng full time. Yung araw naman, most of the time Mon-Fri. Pero depende padin sa magiging sched na mabibigay sa class/wave nyo.

may overtime poo ba sa teletec?
Yes po Palangga. Pero depende po sa staffing ng account if they need people to take OT’s.
may bumabagsak po ba sa background checking kay Teletech?
Hello Palangga. Di ko pa na encounter yan. Ang purpose lang naman ng background check is to validate your documents and identity.
