I passed the mock call interview! And I received the job offer right after. May I ask how long will it takes for them to check my background infos? And will there be a possibility that I don't get hired despite of passing the mock call?

Nope. I'm currently working with other company. I was told that I have to wait like 2 weeks or more because there's no available position for CSR that time. Still no update until now thou. Good thing I decided to apply with another company instead of waiting for the update. A bit disappointed with Ttech but I'm over it.

@@ronaldmhan I just finished my final interview later this afternoon, the interviewer told to me to wait for an email for the next step of the hiring process. Usually po ano po bang next step? If ever, healthcare account (hybrid set up) yung mahahandle ko. And to share nalang din po upon the final interview no complicated questions naman more on about myself and also my job experience since I am a graduate of education and also an LPT. She just asked why did I left my previous job and if I have a plan returning sa teaching, but all my answers were the truth talaga. Im just confused if it is too good to be true for them hehe. Anyways I really want this job, I want to experience it and the salary is way more competetive compared to my salary as a private teacher 😅😅😅 pasensya na po napahaba.
@JoaquinMateus being honest is ok pero they are usually looking sa experienced call center applicant ksi, Ako Rin ESL teacher for 4 years bago Ako nag call center. I think you didn't make it. Try mo sa call center na Hindi naghahanap Ng experience like carelon, spi etc. Try ka lang ulit and keep on applying. Watch my videos baka may maitulong po.

Hi Surumi! If they need agents immediately, you will know right there and then. UpTo 2 weeks if they are still gathering agents.
