That is great, easy money and customers are happy. We do not have any Mobile homes around here, but I do something similar with my customers that are in a rental home. They do not want to spend a bunch of money on Lawn care since it is just a rental. I tone down my lawn care package, charge a little less, and everyone is happy. You have to adapt to your market sometimes to remain profitable. Keep the great Vids coming.

Hahaah... keep up the great work man, enjoying your stuff. You do goo work and have a humble heart man, that will take you places!! Peace.

Yo London "Bro"yal!!! In essence you are giving 100%. If the customer is happy that's all that matters. We might look at it as an ok job but, they look out da window and are absolutely thrilled when you're finished. I have a few rentals that I mow & same theory applies. The landlord can care less even if I don't string trim. So it's nice to have the luxury of being able to just hit em up and be out.... Hope all is well & Dirty Jersey out!!

Wyatt's lawn service it’s a great machine I have more of commercial lawns so I need a bit bigger of a mower. I’ll have to demo a vride sometime overall scag is a great company
I do the driveway occasionally. There's nothing really to blow over there. And cars are always parked so I can only get in so far. I don't do any of the yard on that side
Nice analysis Wyatt! You r right on spot. I have many $100 yards and seems to me, it takes 2+ hours usually for the high end upscale lawns. Give me a lawn that I can simply mow blow and go and make MOw. Peace :)
Thanks Frank! I know what you mean! I have a few properties like that and while I like that I have less volume to do in a day, I can easily makes another couple hundred bucks in a day doing yards like these :) thanks for weighing in man!🙌👍

Great way to think. Still comes to a great hourly rate. I used to plow snow with my own truck years ago. I would charge a relatively low rate on the road but get a rate per driveway that would make up the difference others wanted. And if your customers are happy that's really all that matters.
What would the chipper/shredder do for a property like this? Not at all trying to seem rude haha! Genuinely curious :) I imagine a branch chipper when I think of that haha

Loved and hated fertilizing lawns in the trailer parks. 5 minutes in and out was great. My problem was the 35 to 40 dollars the company charged them for a postage stamp of a yard and this was back in 01.
Seems expensive to me for that small yard, but if you can get it that’s good for you. Here in Fl I have approx 1/4 acre or a little more and I was paying $40 every other week, so $20 per mow. That seemed reasonable to me. Also I got a card on my door for $50 per month! That’s really good but we also pay that in the winter months when the yard is mowed just twice per month.
