- I am an American nursing from Texas in the USA and I moved to Sweden about 2 and a half years ago. I just received my nursing license to work as a nurse in Sweden. What is next for me now?

Put a smile on my face hearing of you finally getting your license, and also moving to Limhamn (congrats! looks beautiful there - not easy getting an apartment there I reckon?).
I’m the same with noises and traffic, many days that alone is enough to cause a meltdown. Riding the bike to work is a great idea. 💪🏼
I live in Gothenburg, not Skåne, so the chances of me bumping in to you at a hospital is slim, but I wanna say, IF I ever wound up at a hospital I would like to see a nurse like you there. Someone that has got through eg depression, is on the spectrum, and also just being the good person you very much seem to be.
I hope now with the summer just around the corner both your depression and mine will be easier to handle. Preferably gone altogether!

Finally! Congratulations. It has been quite a journey if I recall well watching Your videos on this topic ever since You decided to do so. I think that now , having such first hand experience you could teach others how to accomplish such a goal step by step. 🎈Congratulations ! 🎈 I'm so happy for you ! Getting your nursing license and a new home in a village nearby, again congratulations and well done. Also on getting help when sick. I struggled with anxiety and depression for years, but I'm fine (with medication, and that's okay). It's great you can ride your bike to work. I do not have a drivers license, never needed one, so I use my bike a lot. It's besides cheap 😉 very relaxing. Well take care and again 'gefeliciteerd' en groeten uit Delft (NL). 🙃

You can also ask them how to negotiate your salary and much more, thank about it.

How much time that the sweden licience take time
For me it was a little over 2.5 years
It can be between 2 and 4 years if you need to learn Swedish.
Do you still live in Malmö?
I do but I am moving to Limhamn

@@bowallin7200 i was in the States. I still have most of my collections. I just do not have a place for them here in Sweden. As a kid, I collected fossils, rocks, shells, m and m stuff, pencils, and later I got into stamps, coins, cash, plants…
