ballum’s first kiss was amazing 😻
Everything about the build up to ballum was great. The cheeky one liners, the looks, sneaking about, ben teasing callum. It was perfection watching it unfold right before your eyes back then. All of that was worth it. Ben and callum love each other dearly❤️
Its all one sided since Ben always let's Callum down time and time again and let's him down time and time again!!
@@MoInspire I wouldn’t say ben always lets him down. He has gone through some terrible things throughout his life and during his relationship with callum and he struggles with opening up. Callum would not say that ben has let him down

Ballum may be over 😭but at least we have these vids, which I never get tired of watching.
I loved how organically their relationship developed. It was well paced, which is unusual for a soap. From first meet to wedding was a realistic amount of time.
We never really got to see the happily married couple they should have been though. After getting back from honeymoon it was one non-stop trauma after another. Only since Lola died have they allowed to be happy and settled.
Can't praise Max & Tony enough for bringing the characters and relationship to life.
I have never been so invested in a couple and I waited nearly 50 years to see gay characters on TV who meant something and resonated with me, so thank you both ❤❤

Peak ballum was 2019. I was soooooo obsessed. I loved the early stages of their relationship. Ben teasing Callum.
I agree. Those were the most interesting episodes. Lately, it's been pretty bland between them: little affection, too much drama.

Ballum are one of the only couples on the square that are worth rooting for. unfortunately the writing for them hasn’t always been the best 😕
Definitely agree this clip proves you're right..Ben has an eating disorder,he went to the states for nothing,then came back a sold his garage his story is all over the place.Callum is working and doing nothing else.Just my thought they might have better stories apart from each other.

The sad thing is the writers haven't given Callum a big storyline of his own since four years ago. Tony Clay the past four years treated so badly by the producers. Callum is just a plot device for Ben.Callum needs a storyline of his own where the focus is on HIM not Ben. The problem with this gay relationship is the writing is too one sided all about Ben misery. Almost four years since Callum come out all he does is babysit Ben with his mental health issues. They got stale and chemistry gone. I hope this summer they break up for good. Ben will probably cheat again because he is promiscuous he doesn't like monogamy. And Callum being the Muppet that he is will grovel and beg Ben to take him back like last summer. Callum needs a NEW direction and focus on himself and what he needs. It can't be about Ben mental breakdown all the damn time.

Ben and Callum shouldn't have existed since their whole relationship is TOXIC, VOLATILE, Abusive, based on lies and Ben always let's Callum down by taking advantage of his kindness and never really appreciates him aswell!!

The actors aren't actually gay in real life.
so? who cares as long as the actors care about the storyline they’re given. where representation really matters is behind the scenes e. g. in the writers room.
And that is what makes it even hotter. Two handsome straight men playing characters that are gay, whats not to like?
@@justaperson2222 Sexual orientation matters because the acting is lacking in the romantic scenes. These guys are too afraid of looking gay. Max Bowden & Tony Clay aren't convincing playing gay men. I know they are popular with straight women. But as a gay man watching this they are not good in romantic scenes. They look awkward.
