Excellent speedrun. I tried to start playing about a year ago, I didn’t get far and the game seemed too hard for me and I got lost in it, and I don’t have much time to study this game and my nerves are not iron)) So I deleted it. I prefer linear games. Therefore, today I decided to watch the whole speedrun with all the bosses, because I liked the game itself then. Great character skills and at the very end in the Pale Sky level - great parkour ;) Thank you!
How do you manage to have the figures on your stamina and your life and last thing how do you also do a lot of damage on a boss that I have the same weapon as you and I do much less
Theres an option in the settings for health and stamina values, and the weapon that I'm using was bugged in this patch to do way more damage than it should actually be doing. It's been patched now but it still does a lot of damage if used properly.
@@mooncake5064 Its a trick called a shinedash. You input a jump then a dash within about 3 frames of each other while not moving the joystick/movement keys and it does a dash while only using the stamina from a jump. Difficult trick to learn but very useful once you have it down. It also requires having backstep enabled or it won't work at all.
@@LoggSmiddYT "It's me, Mooncake. I'm just using my other account. I managed to pull off the shinedash, even though I'm on a controller. I succeeded! Thank you so much!" Congratulations on mastering the shinedash, and I'm glad I could be of help! If you have any more questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask. Happy gaming!
If you jump and dash within a very small frame window (I believe it's less than 4 frames), you can dash while only using the stamina from a jump and your stamina immediately starts to regenerate, allowing you to chain a large amount of dashes together in a row. It's called shine-dashing.
Forgot to add on to this, you need to do this while also not holding any directions on the joystick. Pressing forward after the dash comes out will allow you to move a short distance at the end of the dash, so you need to jump+dash, tap forward at the end of the dash, then let go of any movement inputs and jump+dash again. It's very tricky to get consistently but it really boosts your speed
Nice job! - love this game surprised it isn’t more popular
