Sadly, we have a lot of reverts in this balance council but overall it is not a bad month. It is interesting that almost all changes from Shinmiri/Leiro coalition went through!

which deck would you say could be the new top tier after sk warrior and harmony nerfs?

Probably deathwish monster will be still decent and I can see some golden nekker deck still work. From NG prolly renfri and I can see GN syndicate being good. Sk alchemy and self dmg + some mid range St I would bet as sleepers and commandoNR I guess to be overrated
