Makes roughly around 16-18 Patties
You'll need:
3 med Onions finely chopped
2 Garlic cloves finely chopped
200g Prawns chopped
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Chilli powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp Sugar (or less if needed)
1 Green chilli finely chopped
Chopped fresh coriander
500g Puff Pastry

Sofia, I take it that you are Portuguese? Yes, the similarities is because the Catholic cuisine in Goa is more Portuguese because of the strong influence of Portuguese of nearly 500years. Sorpotel, Vinhdalho, assado, etc etc.

1.5 yr bck I was in Goa n fr a quick snack I headed to monginis in Goa n was surprised with different menu and ate prawns pattice. OMG! Thnx I found recipe here. Due to covid situation n monsoon not able to visit Goa ...soon I'll eat it thr itself ...❤️
