It's good to see someone make a real useful boomerang that is far more commonly used. Not just the ones that return which are only useful for throwing into a flock of birds.
So, a few minutes ago I made supper and sat down and saw that you had a new video! I had made udon rice noodles, by the way, in a garlic and peanut sauce. Then when I saw those long, long, pale, thin white legs of yours I looked at those long white noodles in my bowl and thought, Ohhhh maaaaan, maybe I'll make an omelette instead!
Man o man always keeping yourself busy, aren´t you? And look at that this time a Boomerang hunting the ancient way, bravo and by far not too shabby, Jul ;-) keep up the good job
Hello from New Mexico, USA! Neat Boomerang! I love watching you carve things! Now if you oil it, it'll bring out the beautiful wood grain! Too bad it doesn't come back to you! Have fun! Stay safe!
This might be a little odd, but please *do* remind me to hit the like button. I sometimes forget and I want to give you so much love. YOu're one of my favorite creators.
I think this idea of a returning weapon is mostly a myth but someone will correct me if not. As far as I know, the Australian Aboriginal boomerang was intended to be thrown straight upwards at flocks of birds - when it reaches the apex of the throw it changes its angle of rotation by 90° and autorotates back to earth, spinning it's way through the flock of birds, hopefully hitting one, and because it's autorotating on the way down it has a softer landing than it would have done if you'd just thrown a stick - so the tool doesn't break as often.
The returning boomerang was predominantly for training and development of throwing skills while making it fun for young children. There are stories of them being used to scare flocks of ducks into waiting nets setup along a creek.
I have to laugh at your pronunciation of boomerang. You need to come to Australia and we will teach you how to butcher the English language LOL. This was a fun video to watch and a great project for people to do.
Hey some feedback that you can apply. Maybe tell some history about the Boomerang in the beginning. Like what it was used for and that kind of stuff...Just a lill bit of extra information for more context. Love the vids
That would be great! However, time consuming aswell for the more quick simple video like this one, but quality over quantity right? Thanks a lot for the feedback!
@@SmoothGefixt Yes i understand. I get the quality over quantity stuff, but if that's the case you could spent a whole year on a video, and we dont want that huh :) Well maybe a good solution for that is just an info box, like you are doing also for birds and trees. Ofc when you do it in person its better (especially if it relates to the main subject of the video), but an info box will suffice! Also if im the only one with this feedback this can be superfluous. Do what you want ! 👌🏼
You made the same stupid mistake I did on my first one here is the fix you need to make each side opposite of each other otherwise all it is doing is fighting itself when trying to fly through the air..
Wowww man, what a super cool Boomernag! It flies fantastic! Great project, super filmed, thanks for the channel mention! Greetings from Switzerland
Pleasure hanging out with you, Felix!
@RKL The real freeloaders are in office.

Try going to Australia after lockdown is over and make a perfect boomerang. You can also help out with the fire cause there.
The fires are over it is raining like shit outside.
Loved the music starting at 5 minutes in ... 👍✌🥃
You should try one of those beanbag tripods that Les Stroud is always talking about on his channel.

awesome
Good idea, I'm going to steal that idea I think 👍🏻
Nice project, I was also inspired by others;)
It was a different topic to make a video on but interesting. I thought the idea of a boomerang was that it would come back if it missed its target.
