There's nothing like watching the master at work. It took me a while to figure out settings for my bike/weight/style of riding but it cannot be stressed enough how important it is. This can completely transform a bike and enjoyment of riding.
RIP Kora....your channel was the tipping point for me getting into motorcycling. My fireblades in the shop now 😆. I hope you’re safe and happy where you are. Never forgotten.
Man - this bummed me out. Didn't know him but saw some of these comments and started digging and saw he lost his brother on a bike not that long before. Can't imagine his poor parents went through. So young and so much life ahead of them. So sad. Be careful people - the penalties for crashing / risky riding can be absolute.. :/
If you don't mind me asking, what is your weight and pace? I just picked up a D675R and am wondering if it needs to be re-sprung or just base-lined. Thanks!
The only way it will need resprung is if the front preload is at the fully clockwise position and your still using all your suspension travel . It should be set at 4 turns in each . There are setting in the manual if you have it .
How did you find the adjustments made to your suspension? I had mine setup on my Daytona 675R last summer and it transformed the bike rides brilliantly now
It was a night and day difference. During acceleration the bike wasn't throwing me back. Even in hard braking, the bike wasn't throwing me forward. The suspension setup made everything stable and smooth. Most importantly, my tires will last longer.
Dude the music fits the video perfectly. Fits the color tone of the video fits the ambiance and fits the master’s voice while he explains everything. Im guessing you like rock music better dont you

@@Dirtboyindahouse he died on a bike as well, this same bike. Very sad stuff
Very sad to see that he died on this same bike less than a year later. Thank you for the content and may you and your Brother find Peace together.
I saw the other side of this video on Dave Moss Tuning where they profiled tuning all 675's great info on that site.......nice video 👍

Thanks for upload it.
Lol kel in the back. Nice to see you got a d675R!
This is a dope video. That R life though
Can you explain what he said about rear shock close and open? I've never touched my dials ... Should probably find a guy like this
sweet bike ! I dont have the Öhlins suspension.. but happy so far with it
The biggest plus of the R version is the Brembo MC and callipers.
And shock service every 30hrs 😂😂😂
I ride Daytona too. thanks dude.
Ricky Chen just because you ride same bike as him doesnt mean the settings is the same for you. Im just saying
How was the bike after setting?
The channel creator died
Have a quick question I see that he took a lot of of the compression on the front forks did that work out for you I think it was too soft
The youtuber past away, rip.

I was going to ask the same thing but just found out that he died from a motorcycle crash that's why he stopped posting videos.
Hey Kora, how much do you weigh with these settings? Did you ever run into him as the suspension vendor at the track?
30 hours and you need to change the oil? I guess mine needs doing then being 7 years old
soooo how does it feel in comparison?
So much better when braking before entering a corner. I'm not fighting the bike anymore to stay on it.
Where is that place at?
Pro Italia in Glendale,CA

What did he set you at for front and rear? or is that a secret? lol
The music ruining the video for me :(
I'm sorry to hear that... hopefully the information was worth it.

I'm so sick and tired of trying to hear over the F-ing music on educational UA-cam videos. Enough people.
