did you know South Africa is second in the world after United States as country that offers the best and many Gated communities and Estates lifestyles..
Dainfern looks ok. I like Blue valley more. It looks more modern. You should try & have a look at Eagle Canyon Golf Estate in Honeydew. It's an amazing place.
Beautiful as always but why is the westrand slept on? I could be mistaken but I don't remember seeing estates (and there's lots) from the west being shown on TRSA Mr Blanton.
great job you doing, please when you time please also show them ASPEN HILLS NATURE ESTATE and EYE OF AFRICA ESTATE they both in Johannesburg south they will love it there.
Cha bhuti. Don't say South Africans and put every South African under that bracket... You'll never grow if all you see in your view is poverty. Alot of South African can afford to live in this places and they do. Yes we have alot of systemic oppression that are secretly brought down on us but alot of us have overcome them and alot are overcoming them and alot just can't. That's just how the world works at the moment but it's not impossible to come from nothing and make it into something.
I do think you have a poverty mentally though. And it's not a person's financial position but rather in the way they think and see themselves in society prevents them from growing. One could give a poor man a R1million and he'll blow it and another poor man will make that million generate more. Thats why you get rich people like celebs and sportsmen go poor after their careers are over

Eagle canyon is hella dope. West Rand is slept on. I think they should also show people properties in Pretoria East - Silver lakes and the like.
Dainfern is quiet an older estate compared to the ones you mentioned
Honeydew is the most dangerous place in johannesburg

Why is this guy advertising real estate opportunities when South Africans cant even afford a decent living
Because he can. These things are relative dude. Get out of your sleep chamber.
Average South African can't even afford a decent living? For real? Don't be that guy... Distorted conspectus🥴
@@kaytseleng2879 Im in construction bro the studies are there...Can you afford such?
