No 2 countries are the same. I always advice people to stop saying I'm going to Africa, & rather mention the country they're going to. That's how we in Africa think of this place. South Africa & Rwanda are like night & day. Completely different in terms way of life, government system, culture, infrastructure. Even our people look different in terms of phenotype. Foreigners can buy land outright in SA. Rwanda doesn't allow that. I hope this helps.

The place he is at is not for the (super) rich, actually for the middle class, there are places for rich mofos in jozi..This aint one of them, there is a similar place however which is in pretoria called The Blyde Riverwalk Estate, The Blyde Crystal lagoon. This one is just the second one being built, they still not finished from the time I'm writing this message.
It's a bit pricey, though.
