Thank you so much for sharing! It is still surreal to see them out in the world since launching at Tamiami! I think we are still in shock. We appreciate your kind words so so much :) Hope to see you again soon!
There is a story behind those. We went to an orchid growing friend's house to meet her and look at her collection - she had beautiful orchids. The one thing that my wife took away from that visit was the inflatable dolphins that she had in her pool. Within a few days, we had our own....😁
@@plantpropagator it’s downloading right now. 😁. I have a dendrobium growing a strange little pouch looking thing and the bloom died quickly. I wanted to send you a pic. Just for fun to see if it’s growing a seed pod or see what you think?
Nice haul! I would be one of the wagon wheelers and I also don’t have room for more 😂. Love that Oncidium! Going to have to add that to my if I happen to see it list ha ha.
Good looking plants. The website for Florida Sun Coast is down. On your into from the show and them there was an interesting orchid there I would like some info on. Thanks for video!
I just looked and their website was accessible. But, Jim is much more active on Facebook - that may be a better way to reach him. He is very knowledgeable and he can also be pretty forward (like me). Thanks for your comment and good luck reaching out to him.
I use river sand in a regular well drained plastic container for the bare root orchids, always work well, and it will be easy to replant. If I am not wrong you have a Brassia and a Miltassia to cross the Catatante to 😂 and you can blame your wife and daughter for more 6 seedpods 😂😂 No room, an orchid grower with this problem ...😂😂, my grandmother use to tell me that God would never allowed me to win the lottery because I would spent all the money with orchids and there will be no room for anything else. Smart woman 😂😂😂
Haha - your grandmother sounds like a good person to know. OK - I will try some more crosses. I already have a lot of capsules maturing but I guess that I can try an oncidium cross just to say that I did...👍😁
Thailand grows and selects the best and sells, that's reassuring that you receive wonderful orchids😄🙏Do they have baskets instead of wagons at the orchid shows? because I'd be affraid of buying too many orchids and like you I have no space😅
All of the vendors have bags - and there is even an orchid hotel (holding space) where you can place your orchids if you do not want to drag them around with you. They want no excuses if people want to buy more orchids.....
@theplantpropagator7820 mixed, they stay moist most of the time and are sitting on the ground in a terracotta pot. NE Florida, outside 95% of the time, bright shade
Great hall, thank you for sharing.
It was small - these orchids have all changed quite a bit in the 10 months since I got them. Thanks for your comment!

Those dolphins are great!

Do you have a haul video coming out? It will probably be another 2 part video, right?
