Actually the only seeds with prelit end portals are outside of the RNG’s ability to give you on a random seed. It’s mathematically proven. So good luck trying your luck
Incorrect, in 1.16 there were 675 seeds that your world could have randomly with 12 eye portals out of 8 million+ total. Since 1.18 though all 12 eye seeds have been randomly rollable

I looked it up and saw that as of 1.18 they should be rollable now. Even pre 1.18 a few were possible to roll, but the vast majority werent
12 eye portals are outside of natural world seed generation. So these strats couldn't work on random seed ever.
