it's the not knowing any difference/better. I'm dealing with basically the same thing. I used to be a major workaholic. I started focusing on taking time for myself and have struggled to grind like I used to now
It just becomes a routine and you don't feel it
I'd imagine it's hard to take days off when you're in charge of taking care of several living beings you love. Idk how parents do it, I only have a cat and worry about her constantly. This is why it's important to surround yourself with good people you know you can trust; it truly takes a village. Maya is a mother of nature and she deserves a spa day she is cared for for a change! 💅

I know teenagers are able to function with more stress physically and mentally
But then once you get older your body actually deteriorates more and more and you need to rest more and more
No, kids are people and get overwhelmed and have mental breakdowns too. Just bc they are saddled with high expectations doesn't mean they should be.

Also just because they're able to handle more stress doesn't mean they're able to handle infinite stress obviously they can still have mental breakdowns

The older someone gets the more their body decays and by the age of 30 you lose that youth and Even sleeping funny will cause pain

The 40 hour work week was created to protect workers from being over worked. It might be helpful to stick to that as entrepreneurs and have some work life balance. ❤
