So happy to have found this channel. I just recently got back into skating after about a decade. I’m 24 now and my body isn’t the same as it was when I was 14. It’s nice to see a channel that focuses on the health side of skating just as much as the skating part. This is something that’s not taught or talked about in skate culture. Shout out to you guys man! Keep the content coming.
About to turn 28 myself and picked up skating again after not having skated since high school. Super thankful content like this is out there as well. A shin injury kept me away from skating for about 2 weeks recently and after a good bit of rehab and rest, I'm finally getting back into it and so stoked. I'm still relatively new to skating -- only ever learned how to ollie back in the day and would just ride around otherwise -- and it was a surprise to remind myself of just how intense skating is. I was so ill-prepared but I'm really enjoying the journey :)
I hit a milestone today I never thought I would in my confidence because of skating. I’ve always been really embarrassed of failing/being weird in public. I was at the park skating around and my board caught on a rock or a piece of bark or something which sent me straight onto the concrete in front of a bunch of people. I was not embarrassed in the slighted if anything I was impressed in myself for preforming a safe-ish fall!
I think u guys should do a narration over the exercise instead of narrating while exercising. A little hard to hear and understand, but still a great video keep it up 👍!
Its called hot pocket, and you have to take a break of about a month so it can heal. Then you must learn how to push using your body in a way that doesnt put so much stress on that ankle... Just place the whole push foot flat and gently on the ground, and generate the momentum with the rest of the body, rather than stomping and kicking the ground.

This content is great but the audio was so bad in the echoey room with the loud music over, it was hard to follow

Pushing foot
Nuclear Icecream tysm lol i literally like stomp the ground and push so hard
probs just heel bruise from pushing alot, try pushing with just the ball of ur foot and toes, dont put ur heel down
its hard to find a physio that understands skateboarding and the demands it places on the body
