Hold the throttle wide open and then hold the start button. It will crank the engine over without starting, which will spin the oil pump and force the trapped oil out. You only have to hold the start button for a few seconds. You can do this on any fuel injection engine. It is for clearing a fuel flooded engine.
Very good advice, i have the same year as yours, did you get the new software updates, there are 3 of them, the one i like best makes the dash light up yellow and red once you hit 8k rpm and the lights flash and it looks really cool like the 21 and 22 Pentigales. I'm going to subscribe to your channel my friend, i totally agree with you banner in the background by the way; i just paid $5.10 per gallon to fill my damm bike. 🏍😂
Just drain it, fill it and change the filter at normal intervals and you’ll be way good. It’s not that serious. No Ducati dealer goes through these measures to change oil, yet they fully warrantee the bike and there are no known problems with a typical oil change in these motorcycles- even for opinionated overal longevity. Of course what you’re doing doesn’t hurt, but you could be done in 20 minutes. If you want truly cleaner oil, upgrade to the STM dry clutch and your oil will be perfectly clear until your next oil change. Even after my comment, I’m actually a lot like you. Im super particular and is something that I would do for my own over the top reasons. But I wanted to point out that it’s OK to do a standard oil change. *The reason for my comment is so that people aren’t deterred from buying Ducati because of a two day oil change. I own five Ducati‘s right now and I’ve had multiples in the past as well, and no catastrophic failures with a typical oil change. This is heavy track use as wall. Your information is good food for thought and I really appreciate it- others will too.

If I were trying to grow a YT channel, I’d probably keep my political opinions to myself. Particularly when the videos are being exported to OS markets, where the opinion being expressed isn’t very popular. But, that’s an opinion too. Maybe you’re not trying to grow the channel 🤷🏼♂️

Dude I love that flag on your wall dude and that's an awesome bike.
Thanks man much appreciated
Thanks for the tips my dude
Thanks for the heads up. Awesome tip.

No I weren’t aware there was an update. Does that cost money. This is my first duck
How has the KN filter holding up?
No issues so far :) but in fairness I’ve put about 500 miles on it since this oil change I don’t ride her much. I have 4 other bikes
Excellent, and that's just for your wall banner...😅😅😅
Did you reset your service light after? If so how did you do it
I did not. Dealership wants 70 bucks to do it. Or you can buy a 400 dollar tool and do it yourself. I don’t care enough to do it.
Good advise, I have the same bike with the same CS racing exhaust, how do you like them?
I love them! I get compliments all the time from it. Good clean smooth look. The arko IMO is ugly.
@@MitEclipse91 I am with you, I didn't want to kill the look of the bike and got this one bc of the shape around the fairings 👍👍👍
@MitEclipse91 does the brentune work well with the exhaust? Been looking at this exhaust as looks clean and sounds spot on
@rodart01 Hey, I have not done any tune. I just installed the DB killer that comes with it and go!!! Yes it sounds amazing

Can you post some videos of the exhaust? Onboards / fly bys? I'm debating the same exhaust and there are so few videos of it on UA-cam
I can tell you ten outta ten worth it.. for about the same price look up revoc

I will tell you it’ll take about and month and half on my exhaust to get to your door. They are made to order
with CS racing what tune are your running?
Cuanto aceite lleva la moto? tengo que cambiar a la mia
Idk what that means? Sorry I only speak English
@@MitEclipse91he's asking how many litres of engine oil?
Is that a stock exhaust ? Can you do a sound check
No it’s not lol it’s a cs racing exhaust
Nice bike, nice flag but shouldn’t buy from Amazon, support your local bike shop even if it cost more or Bezos will screw us all in the future!
