  • Hi!
    Watch how I got my Panigale ready for summer on a budget. I managed to spend a fraction of the cost of a full garage service. Check this video out if you are interested to see how I did it.
    Part 3 - Fork Oil Seals and Air Filter coming soon. I'll show you how to top up the coolant system correctly.
    Thanks for watching!

    This is the best service video by far because I watched alot since I've been working on my bike since 2019. I really appreciate your efforts. I always used to take apart the shroud fairing from the radiator my biggest mistake. I didn't need to remove the front wheel though. Again Great video Bro! 👍💪🙏🙌😎

      Thanks so much for your compliment!
      Yes you right! The wheel not necessary to remove. I only done it because I was planning to do the fork oil change and it was just easier to record the whole process without the wheel. I’m glad you’re found my video useful. Thanks so much for watching! 🛠🤘

    BTW you don't have to take off the wheel and calipers to remove the whole radiators assembly part. To take it off you can turn the wheel to the left and slide the radiator assembly out...to save some time from taking off the wheel and calipers unless your changing it out anyways then.

    Does the service manual for the 1199 recommend removing the muffler, like the manual for for my 959 does? Seems unnecessary and that you could simply disconnect the plug for the fan attached to the lower radiator and be good to go.

    The reason I bring t hot at up is that I installed mine, and now I have to cut out the inner fairing to ge clearance. Is that what you did? Did you do a video showing installation? Let me know
    Thank you bro!

    Why so many wires and hoses everywhere? I never saw a Japanese bike that look like that. Even for v-twins I'm not seeing a Harley they had hers and hoses all over the place like that.

    • @anyaforger2021
      @anyaforger2021 Рік тому +1

      Tbh it depends on the bikes tech inside of it. The more high tech race oriented it is the more wire n hoses will be in ur bike. Like Ducati it seems like a bit of mess because Ducati doesn't have a frame. Usually wires n hoses are hide behind, between or around the frame but since Ducati is using the frameless monocoque design they can't do that obviously. So yea it seems like a bit of mess but trust me it's all for the sake of getting the most out of the bike. The engineer they don't design something without purpose. A lot of thought are put behind those wires n hose. Hope this will answer ur question

    • @zrcarbon9937
      @zrcarbon9937  2 роки тому +1

      Hey
      I was only able to fit the short cooler pipe. The longer cooler doesn’t fit. They are made for a race setup. But still the short piece made enough difference. The bike doesn’t over heat as easily as before. If you could buy a used half price kit, I would say it is worth it. If you have a little more in your pocket just buy an oversized cooler or the water cooler with oil cooler. That would make a huge difference.
      I hope it was helpful.
      🛠🏍🤘
