As the temperatures rise in your neck of the woods it always makes me happy to see you give water to the snakes you're relocating. Thanks for the extra service, Marissa! Glad you're safe, Jeff. That could've been more excitement than you'd want.
Sheesh, Jeff!!! Trench o' Spicy Snakes!!! All I could picture was Indiana Jones in the pit full of vipers. You, however, are educated, skilled, & know what to do. I wonder, did the snakes fall into the trench? Doesn't seem like a good spot for snakes!
"For sale, beautiful home, bla bla real estate talk." "Includes a spacious, beautifully appointed snake den! Rattlesnakes included! Make an offer now, this home won't be on the market for long!" Yes!!!
Keep watching. You will always learn and it does help you to be less afraid when you understand them better. You don't have to even like them, just don't kill them please. It also puts you in greater danger by having to be closer to the snake to kill them. That's how ppl have been gravely injured, it's not worth the risk. Especially when there's folks around who will relocate them. 😊 and yes Thanks for watching to learn more. ❤
Dude, Jeff, glad you not only didn't get bit, but that you didn't crush that other snake when you jumped in there. And you weren't kidding about being so far out in the middle of nowhere!
My first job in the west in the forest was out of Flagstaff. I was from Michigan. We were taught not to step over big rocks and down trees. We did come across a couple during the summer. My co-worker was walking a little ways from me and just when he stepped over one I saw it and yelled. Luckily the snake was stretched out heading towards a rabbit that jumped out of the brush.

That house had a special snake room.

That was a pretty dangerous trench. Glad you’re ok, Jeff. Creepy crawl space but, speckled rattlesnakes!!

Yes!!!
Free rodent control included!
Marissa's specks were pretty chill, not even a rattle 😄
Jeff, on the other hand, got pair of spicy noodles... hopefully they're doing better now.
What beautiful speckled rattlesnakes. Whoa Jeff!! That was so close!
Good job as always!! That crawl space was perfect for those two
Thank you!! Sure was!
Hi, Jeff! I spent a little time in BFE, in my youth!
Lol I live in BFE 😂
Speckled!!!😂❤
I watch your channel to try and get over my irrational fear of snakes! I’ve yet to overcome my fear!
But great channel! ❤️
Iowa State scared the rest of my day if I was you could you scared it's going to cause you to lose concentration and you're going to getBIT
That's why I watch too. It's been over a year now for me and I am less afraid but still don't want to touch any snake.
Makes me happy seeing people trying to get over there fears. Happy you are here watching. Thank you

Good job today (I know that wasn’t done “today”) RS team! Those trenches are a scary, scary place I’d imagine.
This is the first time I have seen Marissa NOT get excited for speckled rattlers. I'm shocked!
I love your videos!
Thank you!!
We had 12 under our house 3 years ago. Got rid of all them and sealed up all the openings and all has been okay since.
Great video-when the snakes strike at the metal pole, does it damage their fangs?
Good question!
It might ? But they do shed their fangs and new ones would replace any damaged ones if they got damaged.
Those snakes look like they are wearing fairisle knitted jumpers 😂😂
Glad you weren't hurt!
I haven't heard that saying in years lol .....
So happy to see you all!
Great video guys, y'all are awesome!!
Midwest Gentle Giant tongs: they double as a shovel in a pinch! XD

And then there was the 2019 story from Woodson, TX where there were 45 rattlesnakes in the crawl space under someone's house.
Do you wash your tongs, hooks and bucket off very often? Especially after strikes on the tong’s rubber.
Disinfection of gear is an important thing, yes.
Why didn’t you give them a drink, Jeff?
