It’s interesting what he (Freddy Brown) says at the end of this video clip; “I hope everybody identifies my music as New Mexico music”.. it’s interesting because I recall years ago..1970, ‘71, ‘72.. Freddy Brown was already legendary in West Texas and even the barrios of San Antonio..I know this because those were my soldiering years and that was the music that those Texas Chicano soldiers listened to..
