I've got the VHS part working now, but it's the DVD player part that doesn't work. Can't even eject the DVD. All started when I didn't use it for two years, and then tried to use it again.

FIRST attach the surround to the cone. Then, after a few hours of drying time attach the surround to the frame WHILE playing music with deep bass through them. This will help to properly align the voice coil.

I've got a Mitsubishi VCR and it's doing something similar. It wasn't used in around 10 years and the bands just rotted. I put new bands in and now the tape constantly tries to eject but it gets stuck. I have to prompt it out with my fingers. When it is in the VCR it doesn't play at all. It seems to be stuck but I can't see anywhere where it could be stuck. The bands are correct. So, I'll give this a go. That could be all it is. Thanks for putting this up! Much appreciated.

Get your mode switche clean them problem's will go away am sorry people don't let people know about dirty mode switchs causes problem's like that all the time everything proven online how clean out a mode switch in a VCR player

People like myself are cleaning out mode switch in VCR players everything proven people keep there mode switch clean out like they should people will never have playing problem's at all

New subscriber!! I just bought a vcr from a thrift store. Hooked it to my AV receiver. The audio is excellent but I get no video at all. Any pointers??
