But I think an accent coach also said the same. Or was it Larry Dean, who also nailed various accents easily by switching into different pitch. 🤔

Vegetarians do consume foods that come from animal origins. Most are lacto- ovo. Lacto (milk) Ovo (egg). Some include fish (pesco), that one never made any sense to me but it is what it is. As a nutritionist & 30 year vegetarian + (now) 6 years Vegan I have had to clarify this a lot. Also, plant based is usually vegan but can technically include meat so you have to be really careful when eating.
