    I prefer concealed carry.
And I almost always have more than one weapon on me. If one is compromised, I like to have a backup.
My sister always had a boot knife in her purse. When she would sit at the bus stop, she kept one hand inside her purse on the handle of the knife.
I suppose most folks thought it was a pistol, but either way, they left her alone.

If you're gonna use that Clip on a Daily Basis, you might want to check the Tightness of those screws Every few days or you can just put a bit of loc tite on them. Some of us just Naturally have a Strong Presence and get Noticed when we don't want to be.
I try to be the Grey Man as much as I can. Anyway, that Clip allows for more
    Options and that is
    Always a Good Thing.

Just to add to the discussion, I appreciate the C Clip, and tried it, but for discreet carry, I have found that a paracord wrapped to the end of the kydex sheath and then looped around my belt, and then placed in my front pocket, is very discreet and actually easier for me to deploy. I love the Cold Steel Tanto Kyoto for every day carry this way.

I just wish the clip was a little wider so i could get 3-4 screws in it… or the holes were spaced apart to better fit the clip. It works tho. And the between 2 of these mini leatherneck’s I got and the clips i dont think i hit $50 yet so i cant really cry about much lol.

So the hardware that comes with the small C-clips will fit through those very small holes in the Kyoto sheath then? I was wondering about that because I have tried all my other style belt attachments on it and none fit. Really need a "get off my gun" knife for on duty use. I was using a small kabar until I realized the handle has been poking my flashlight button as I walk or get into the cruiser. It is surprisingly hard to find a fixed blade with a decent sheath for reliable 1 handed, non dominant side draw.

I don’t mind open carrying my big cold steels like my magnum tanto xii and my other fixed blades like my mora craft line 511 doublestacked with my mora companion and now I’m adding 2 drop forged cold steel wasps scout carry to my edc. When I’m in a the woods camping and hunting and bushcrafting I only carry fixed blades. In the woods I carry the mora garberg, my double stack mora companion and 511 combo and my leatherman charge which I also carry in my edc btw I don’t carry the cold steel magnum tanto xii in the woods and I won’t be carrying the wasps in the woods because to me those are straight up combat weapons I do still however carry it on my back pack in the woods but not on my belt like in edc. My edc is for self defense if my ccw micro canik 9mm doesn’t work but I like to be prepared

I wouldn't advertise that I am carrying a weapon any more than I would flash my wallet and show my cash to total strangers. Once a weapon has been presented or shown you have to be concerned with weapon retention. Why worry about that if you can keep it concealed? This "Gentlemen Code" will put you in a lot of unnecessary jeopardy. Be a gentleman to your wife but make sure no one stops you from going home to see her.
