Depends on the bike really. If you've got good access to everywhere you're wrapping I would leave it on. If not, take it off. Definitely don't have to empty the tank though.

Nice job on the wrap, but you should border the green and white with a thin black pinstripe. It will look better and keep the wrap edge from peeling.
