I like the interior. Simple and easy but comfy! Nice colour. There aren't any good Hijets in Switzerland unfortunatly... The littlest van you can get is propably a Citroën Nemo.
The Nemo's are quite small as well, but probably offer less internal space than a Hijet as the Hijet seats are on top of the engine so you have almost the full bodylength without loosing any for the engine bay
I've enjoyed this series of videos on the Hijet, I've liked and watched every one, I didnt comment on a couple of videos because I think I was starting to repeat myself lol, great job though and someone is getting a cracking wee van :) on to the next project lol
Hey mate I'm currently building my own camper and want to now what's best to use for insolation before I carpet line it it's a ex British gas van so currently has plastic white boards init
Your neighbours must be amazing! I am doing my first and only Fiat Doblo Hi-top (previous wheel chair access) conversion on my drive for my wife's use. I am two thirds the way through the conversion and now my neighbours dont talk to me! Whats going on ?
I've never really talked to my neighbours much so wouldn't know if they weren't speaking to me ha, but I've not had any complaints as I mainly only do things on weekend days as I do normal work through the week
Great job! You created an awesome camper!
Very nice looking van both inside and out.
Thank you
Brilliant job .👍🇬🇧

I always use Celotex/Kingspan type insulation and seal them together with foil tape
Do the fronts seats you replaced with swivel? Or at least the passenger seat in front?
No the van is not wide enough to fit swivels in, gear stick & handbrake are in the way
