NAIA Terminal 3 is the newest and largest terminal and serves as a hub for domestics & international flights. The terminal has the capacity to handle about 13 million passengers per year. It has 24 gates and 140 check-in counters. It is connected to Newport City via a 0.22 -kilometer long footbridge and hosts both international and domestic flights.

Its really just like any other airport, you’ll need to arrive early and have your tickets and passport ready.

Very likely at overcapacity and NMIA in Bulcan is expected to replace this airport for international travel which can handle a lot more capacity and handle international flights from elsewhere throughout the world whether or not the route is served by NAIA. The whole NAIA should only be a domestic airport where the internationals will be served by Clark and/or NMIA. The longer international routes will use NMIA while shorter internationals will use Clark and NMIA. The domestics will use NAIA, NMIA, and Clark.
