- I have had a couple requests for the music from the game, so I put together this video with just the music from the High Score screens and nothing else, for anyone interested.

I added links to be able to download both games in the description for anyone who is interested.
Update: I have recently released the source code to Deluxe Pacman 2 (and for the DOS version of Deluxe Pacman 1). Available at the same location as the game for anyone who programs. It's released under the MIT license which is very generous. The game is written in C using the Allegro library, I have dependencies also available for download for DP2 so you don't have to find/build them youself. See readme inside zip file for more information.
Thank You For The Memories.
You're more than welcome.
The memories! Listening to this makes me so happy!
this make me feel nostalgic, happy, and sad
I am the same actually, especially since Edgar Vigdal who created the original Deluxe Pacman for the Amiga passed away in 2015. I was listening to his last Deluxe Pocmon (yes POCMON) game he made for the PC and the music for it and it brought a tear to my eye, it was rather sad and I couldn't help but feel immensely saddened by his passing again.
There's a lot of memories for me in this game. It's part of why I reprogrammed it for the PC, because my wife loved it and I no longer had an Amiga and there was no PC version, so I got Edgar's permission to recreate it for the PC at the time.
thats truth.
and i tell you,my brother loves the game you reprogrammed
This song is just awsome. It is a shame it is so short!
I was told about this legendary music
Thanks, I was looking for this.
I once heard a hymn in church with the exact same melody as this and I've never been able to find out the name of it. It pre-dates anything Amiga-related and was played on an organ from a 1960s hymn book but the song was probably a lot older.
That's fascinating! I would love to find out the name of it. I only have the MOD music from my Amiga days. It could very well have been a recreation of that music that someone made, this happened a lot back then along with original creations.
Awesome Music!
Thank you so much!
The ghost have a creepy face, but say miau when you eat them
Actually, they say "owe!" (as in "ouch"). My wife done their voices. (you can see her picture in the credits)
@@NeilRoy ohh, ok, the voice is pretty good, thank you for the info :)
@@amimizuno3696 Yeah, we had a lot of fun doing those. She gave me four different "ouch" sounds (followed by crying, which made me laugh, but didn't make it into the game). You'll hear four different types. I edited them to raise their pitch a little.
bro can i use your music for a project im making
Absolutely. I myself got it for nothing from some old Amiga MOD music in the 1990s. What are you working on?
@@NeilRoy rn a mario clone
@@NeilRoy im making a game
@@NeilRoy im trying to make it like mario forever
I Hate How Ghosts Have Noses, It Just Looks Ugly.
And also Pac-Man with normal eyes. Instead of his signature "pie" eyes
