      So true... The website and comparison tool is also top notch.
      That being said...
      I remember you getting specific praise from Linus Sebastian which no doubt pushed a few followers your way. Congrats and keep it up!

    sooooo.... people should just buy this TV for indoors, since it seems like a good HDR TV

    • @KaoruSugimura
      @KaoruSugimura 4 роки тому

      Absolutely not. At $2800 for a 55" model you could easily buy a much better tv and at 65" for that price. This is only for those willing to spend a premium for an "outdoor" tv as tvs built for that cost significantly more.

    • @KaoruSugimura
      @KaoruSugimura 4 роки тому

      Also, the 65" doesn't just slightly increase the price either. It nearly doubles it to a jaw dropping $5000. At that price you may as well buy a good $3000 laser projector, 120" screen and decent sound system.

      It is indeed a very good TV for both indoors and outdoors! The only other non-OLED that scored slightly better overall was the QN90A! You can compare them side-by-side here: www.rtings.com/tv/tools/compare/samsung-the-terrace-vs-samsung-qn90a-qled/13906/21551?usage=11&threshold=0.10

    Still the brightest TV available. Doesn't mean best. Also, no mention of it not being a 120hz panel. I'd go with a UX, UK, QM8 or Bravia 9 for brightness. When OLEDs become 1000nits on a 100% screen..(That's almost perfection.) Look to stacked blue phosphorus panels mixed with OLED panels of today to come close.

  • @444chroma
    @444chroma 4 роки тому +2

    Shame about the viewing angles. Considering that this product is basically for rich people who want to "entertain" their friends and guests outside it needed to perform from all angles - coming in and out of the house for the bathroom and kitchen, plus moving and mingling about outside. Who would be trying to recreate their living room outside just to sit static infront of a TV?

    Firstly you're better of buying a TV with a ips panel for better viewing angles or oled as it's outside I doubt very much everyone will be central all the time!
    Secondly hire a carpenter or welder to build you a cover for the TV (may not be the same build quality) but it will be a hell of a lot cheaper overall! Bearing in mind this TV retails at £3999 for a 55" ridiculous for an edge lit TV 🤣
