- I think that I have a good balance between maintaining the fantastic visual quality the game provides and getting great performance. In this video I explain my settings.

thank you thank you thank you, I've been playing hunt for 2 months now and I'm almost going crazy. It just looked like shit, everything flickered, I didn't see any opponents and if I did, I was dead. These are the best settings I've had so far, and I've tried everything. super sapling, everything on high, everything on low, different resolutions, all options in the envidea system control. I even thought that my krafig card was broken. Now I can really play the game.
Glad I could help! Now have fun!
I swear hunt used to look a lot better, like dont get me wrong I get great frames but the game always looks so pixelated and low render distance
I started gaming on an Atari haha, talk about pixels
Hell even look at the hunt showdown trailers and gameplay trailers graphics look incredible. Login and it just feels like the game is missing graphics settings.
yeah they had to downgrade it due to the performance
I just ordered my custom pc and I hope it arrives soon and hunt will be the first pc game I get and I will definitely try using these settings
I hope you have fun with it!
@@TripleWX thank you :)
@@TripleWX just got my PC and I’m terrible with a keyboard lol
@@SirDragoon practice make perfect!
Hi, it's perfect! Can you for the next add your settings on Nvidia 3D pannel?
(Sorry for my poor english...)
I get like 70 fps with GPU usage at 50-60%, sometimes it goes to 99 and I get 120 fps but it's so inconsistent
What Cpu/Gpu do you have and what resolution do you play at? Yes, frames in this game can be very inconsistent. From what I can tell, its just the nature of the engines implementation.
Thanks bro, your my lord
I have to upscale to 4k from 2k as the AA is so blurry for me, gutted really its a gg
High there
Thanks for your tips.
There is just one point I disagree - with the Setting: "Object Quality" set to medium - like the description is saying - you will lower the rendering distance - this effects on ENEMIES too! if I know right - and that is really a very big disadvantage I think.
Thanks and go on!
Thanks for the comment! Are you saying that you would put this on High?
@@TripleWX yes sir- That guaraties That you Can see the enemies and npcs Many meters before! This really needs to be on high
Object Quality - Untill patch 1.9 the Medium was a best settings because the render distance of hunters was same as High but bushes were lower distance so medium was best but now after 1.9 its better to have High since they changed the distances and now high is the one with highest range
Anti Alising - X1 is best it does sharp edges and does not adds blurr as of TX any variation blurrs the game
@@AlastorCreations Thank you for the additional info on this setting. I will do some testing and update the video if need be. Thank you!
@@rockinjerry Thank you for the info, I plan on doing some testing and updating the video if need be.
Thnks pro
No prob!
bro u got a 3090, how can u even care about graphix settings lol, nice and informative video btw thank you
Thanks and no problem! Even when you have a 3090 you still want as high as frames as possible, trust me haha!
Nice tnx
i see blood go on the ground in some videos, anyone know how to enable this?
No hater, but this should've been a 5min video at most. Hell, could've made a UA-cam short too
I mean it could have been a 30 second vid my guy. Thanks for the input, but if I had to do it over again, I wouldn't change the length whatsoever.....No Hater.
I goty the game last night , I placed everything high settings and it loos like shit even tho I have and RTX 3060
Very odd. I think there are things that could be improved, for sure. For the most part I think the game looks pretty great.
Bro, i have gtx 960 msi 4 GB, i play 55-65 fps, Can i go some more? 10-20 ~
You can always lower settings to get more FPS. This guide was for a happy medium that offers good performance, but doesn't completely sacrifice visuals. Experiment with lowering settings until you find what you like :) Thanks for the comment!
Gtx 970 4gb here.
Put everything in low or off and set everything on performance in the nvidia control panel. I get between 50-70fps competing in 6 star lobbies. It really su*** but there is always a way xD
Another 3090 Brother 🤘I can also recommend going for SMAA 1X to reduce a shitton of blur.
I'll give give it a shot! Thanks!
What do you mean performance you could run it all max on your gpu
Of course I can, but I would not get the same frame rate (performance) as I do with these settings
@@TripleWX unless you are running a 360 hertz monitor you shouldnt worry about performance and even with that I think you can reach that much fps with your gpu.
its still a good video for players with mid to low end setups
Haha. Well now I have a 4090, and I play on a 240hz super ultra wide. The pixel count is closer to 4k than 1440p. I still use these settings…..and probably always will.
@@TripleWX You roll what suits you best😂😂 I got a 3080, 144hz 1440p monitor and im on all maxed out settings hiting over 144fps constantly.
Sweet I had to upgrade to a 4090 to get 240. Lots of pixels to drive 😀
How can i see my Fps and Ping in game. How can i turn on?
In Hunt Showdown? Go into Graphics then look for something called "Performance Stats"
#DubEducation
you have 3090 man, disable 2nd pass rendering and lighting its only for old gpus
Hmm thats good to know! Where can I find some more info on that?
@@TripleWX read these 2 settings in advanced tab, its says it provide performance on low end gpus, so if you have high end you will lose performance using these two
24gb of vram???!?!?!?
Yep, that's what is in a 3090 haha. next gen is rumored to have 48gb :)
