But can I do something meaningful within the available space. Let us say conditions are similar to Chennai/Pondicherry. Any tips are welcome.

My backyard was bare soil from gardeners blowing all material away for years. By throwing tree branches and cut grass down, and waiting three years, I had a place to grow plants.

It will be impossible for the snakes to breed where the ducks live. Cases of intrusion from beyond the boundaries might be exceptional I believe.

At 3 21 it is Xanthostoma violaceum not A.macrorrhiza. Leaves are steamed and eaten for high oxalate content.
