I booked Kani grand seaview for 5 nights , hoping islands was not feasible at all with 200$ charge per person its more expensive than my flight tickets lmao 😂. Simply book stay at Kani and spend money on all water activities theres not much else to do there as drinking is also not an option.

We booked it from our hotel itself….almost all hotels in maafushi have some tie up with teams who do the snorkelling activities…so u can just ask your hotel about it…other than that Icom tours is a famous organisation who conduct water activities in maafushi…you can look their website once

Indian SIM cards can be active if you recharge for international roaming for your network…but it can get a bit expensive… WiFi was working almost every where…it was just not in hotel rooms…if it’s a private resort WiFi will be enabled everywhere there…also in mafushi there was free WiFi in almost all restaurants
Hi, We had just informed our resort authorities that we would be bringing drone.But there wsa no checking anywhere as such.In private resorts they some times dont allow to fly the drone over the water villas as it might be invading others privacy.

There were 3-4 instructors for our team of 10 people and we also had people who dint know swimming who were personally taken care of by one instructor…and snorkelling is just on the water surface and they give life jackets so it’s okay if we don’t know swimming alsi

oh..its become 50$ dollars now?? We travelled for 20$ from airport to maafushi. It was 20$ when we booked via maafushi tours.com and icomtravels.com.This was last year ,April 2022.There is one more option.You can take a taxi from airport to male city ferry stop and take a govt ferry from there to maafushi .It costed just 2 $ in ferry when we travelled
@@User1976valid actually how we planned was like …from airport went to private island…and then on check out they dropped us back to the airport…from there we took a public ferry to maafushi which costed us 20 $ back then….we dint take a transfer from maafushi to private island for stay
@@User1976valid arena beach hotel would be expensive as its directly facing the beach.Try other hotels in maafushi..The entire island is very small.From anywhere you stay in maafushi arena hotel would be just 5-10 mins walk..so u can book any other hotel which falls in your budget
So we dint stay in 3 islands.we stayed in 2 islands and visited the 3rd one as a day trip First island was private island and was expensive Second island where we stayed for 3 nights was the cheapest island in maldives which is maafushi And we went to the 3rd island as a day trip from maafushi

Its not advisable to hop islands , the island speedboat rides alone cost lik 17k per person doesnt make sense at all. Its impossible to do watervillas that too 2 nights with 2lac budget 😂😂😂
Hello, we did stay in whiteshell hotel for 10k for 3 nights in maafushi which included breakfast as well.Maafushi island stay is very cheap when you compare it with any other private resorts in maldives.You can just go through booking.com ,makemytrip or goibibo.Check for maafushi island stays.You will find many options starting from 3k per night.Ofcourse its subjective to when you are going.We went in april.If you go in season or festive times then it will be expensive like everywhere else

Yes…the beach area alongside arena beach hotel in maafushi is called bikini beach…that’s the only place in maafushi where bikinis are allowed
