I've been carefully researching space heaters for the past few weeks in anticipation of the winter and Heat Storm is at the top of my list. This seems like the best option for what I need it for, a cold, east-facing bathroom in a drafty apartment because it's wall mountable and esthetically pleasing. I also really like the wifi and Google home integration. If I end up getting it I might even do a review.

Question is does this have a thermostat so we can keep your room at a temperature, does it have a remote and finally do you just plug it in or does it require some wiring or installation process?
Hi there! thanks for the message, sorry for the late reply, your message flew under my radar! Yes, our indoor heaters have a thermostat and a remote and can be plugged in to any standard outlet. Thanks

Can I install the 1500 in an insulated garage in tandem with another heater and keep it running throughout the winter months? It's an average of -25 degrees Celsius and can get up to -40. The garage is closed most of the time and I want to keep it at 10 degrees on average. My main concern is keeping it running constantly without issue. Again it's an insulated garage.
Thanks for the message! The minimum temp you can set the thermostat is 40 degrees Fahrenheit, I would recommend setting it to that so that it will function properly, anything below 16 degrees and the heater may run into issues because the heater will throw an error code and won't run if it's below 16 degrees. Hope that helps, Thanks!

Fancy marketing for another 1500 watt heater. Let me know when you come out with similar looking heater that's 240V. Bought 2 of these and they did nothing in 240 square ft. Returned them and got a 240v garage heater, mounted it from the ceiling (pets and kids can't get to it). Heats the same 240 SQ ft room from 30F to 70F in one hour, so insulation excuses are irrelevant. Besides that your heaters look great, you omit facts about wattage and heating. I also know about your $300+ 240V garage heater, and it doesn't have a very good CFM, so it doesn't circulate the air which leads to uneven heat in the space it heats. You make a metal 240V high wattage version of this heater and we'll talk, otherwise keep your dime a dozen 1500 watt heater. Hi internalharm, thanks for the message! We have a team of product engineers that ensure the polarized plug is safe. All of our heaters are ETL safety certified. We sell around 80,000 heaters a year and have had zero issues with them. The only time we use to have issues is when people would plug them in to the wrong voltage of outlet. We have resolved that issue last year by putting a voltage meter on the inside of each heater that automatically turns off if it's plugged into the wrong outlet. The only time we ever get negative feedback now is when someone plugs it into an undersized extension cord or surge protector. We do not recommend that! But as far as the 2 prong cord goes, they do great! And trust me, with 80,000 new customers a year, we would know if they had any issues.
