Oooh, that's how it's done! I didn't know taking a notch from the ends and folding it over would help with the filling to not ooze out, but also making the end result look pretty. I would always force fold the criss cross end pieces over and make a mess. Thank you for the helpful tips you share with us. Very much appreciated!

This recipe is fanfreakingtastic! It was my Saturday morning project and it was fun to make, plus everyone loved it. While my diet took a bit of a hit due to eating three slices of this with butter, it was incredibly enjoyable!

I e been making a delicious carrot cake for decades. The cake has crushed ,drained pineapple in it, and the cream cheese has finely grated orange rind. Crumbled walnuts on top and chopped walnuts in the cake ,also white raisins in cake

My favorite spice is also cardamom!! I am of Norwegian heritage and cardamom is used largely in come cooking and baked goods.
