Applying Butyl Sealant for Insulated Glass Windows

A Uniflow Model 4230 Hot Melt Drum Unloader is being used to apply a butyl sealant to corners of 2-pane insulated glass windows. This Uniflow is capable of pumping hotmelt butyl materials at rates up to 300 lbs/hour. The machine can be built with either one or two hoses and can be used to feed an automated insulated glass line, or used with Uniflow handguns to manually apply hotmelt. Uniflow drum unloaders are known for high speed, uniform material flow, almost no material waste, and minimal maintenance.

butyl sealant or hot melt sealant?There are some tools and sponges for corner reparing.
