From the mag you have a brown wire (power 6 or 12v), which is the power up to the junction box/connector from there to the ignition (green wire is the shorting out wire this is connected to earth via the ignition switch when in the off position) from the ignition switch is the black wire which is power to the speedo lamp and the parking lamp connected in junction box (2nd turn on the key), 3rd turn of the key, will give power from the ignition switch (orange wire to the connector) and from the connector to the headlight switch (orange wire) from the head switch red wire (low beam) to the bulb and red wire (high beam) to the bulb. Easy lol, take your time and do a section one at a time and then test , white wire from the light switch is to the horn, (like war and piece) i normally bring up a separate earth (from the battery or mag if non battery)and connect it to the head stock on the control rod nuts fasteners to give a good earth, CLEAR AS MUD!! Well done Rob hope this helps
If you connect a battery to the brown wire You won’t need to start scooter When you want to check that your lights etc all work You could connect the battery To the brown at the rear Therefore not having to open headset up
Good stuff, Just bought a simplified Wiring Loom myself, so ill use these two Videos as reference. I'm sure it'll be Rob's fault if it doesn't work ! Ha !
Good morning friend, I'm subscribed to your channel and I was looking at the connection of the scooter's wires. Could you provide the electrical diagram for the series 2 scooter? I'm trying to find it on the internet.
