TBI I know several people with traumatic brain injuries one in particular a NASA Engineer (electrician). Was Rear-Ended by a driver with NO insurance. He Is now suffering with Speech Apnea.
I sent him your website hopefully he will use it & other exercises that you offer for brain Circulation Stimulation.
He still makes good sense how much difficulty speaking sentences without hesitation & personal embarrassment.
He realizes it has been causing him MUCH difficulty because he is SO intelligent !!

He should use a Linseed poultice. A cup of seed, a cup of boiling water + a knob of butter blended well, add an extra splash of boili g if too dry or stigg and blend again. Spread over the neck and upper back while still warm. Cover with silk scarf and leave on for 8 + hours, remove and rince skin with warm soapy water and pat dry. Repeat for several days and wear a soft collar brace whenever you feel tense or sore.

I have suffered from chronic neck issues all my life…intensified in the last 6 months. Any upper body work I do seems to irritate my neck. I’ve been active in the gym and played tennis for years and now in my 60s. Your videos are very informative…nothing online compares to what you share. Thank you. I will try these exercises.

I recommend seeing. “NUCCA” practitioner. They literally gave me my life back after I broke my neck. (Fractured C2 in a horrible accident). It is EXTREMELY gentle, non invasive and relaxing. A small percentage of chiropractors practice this technique. It does NOT involve snapping your neck in any way.
You should be able to find examples of this technique on you tube. Many Blessings.

Good blood circulation to the brain is important to heal swelling and symmetry to the face. Also strengthening the weak muscles in neck provide better circulation and posture. Thank you for your informative presentations. 👍👍

I refer forward head posture as “headed to grace’
Everyone should practice posture correction and be conscientious on laptop and phone.

No wonder why my great grand father was very clever, he used to do this dance when he gets drunk. Then from nowhere he would start speaking some foreign languages. Apparently he could speak more than 50 International languages even at 163 years old. Thanks doctor, now it makes sense! Namaste !!!🙏🙏🙏
