I just read the description on the results of your gear and tire experiment and that’s exactly what I wanted to know when it comes to gearing etc. Thanks
I bet, my friends 185s was faster than my big red, they are lighter and all he did was put a pod filter on and it really woke it up. My cylinder head is in the shop right now, I'll show what's been done in my next video.
It's a shame most kids will never get to experience the fun of an ATC. The 200X was so ahead of its time, what a great machine.
I just bought 3 atc’s! 1 Ytm225 and 2 Honda 200x’s and will surely pass them down to my son. Long live the atc’s
I'm 13 I bought a 200x yesterday

50 mph in the dirt or on the trail is pretty fast. The 200x is a great machine for that.
Really nice you have a place to ride where people aren't around to get mad lol
Yeah, our exhaust is prety loud!
can you make a video showing how you mounted the light bar on the other trike? im trying to do that at the moment
You should be able to see on my other video, I think he made brackets off the stock light guard thing.
@@Trikekid84 sweet thank you
@@WilliamBowen if you go led you should get a AC/DC converter box, to switch the current so you dont fry your light.
@@Trikekid84 yeah, right now I’m deciding if I wanna do that or a battery set up
what bars did you have on it?
Those are some renthal dirt bike bars I had, they are ok but kind of too low so I might get something else.
@@Trikekid84 ok thanks man!
also, what does it mean if my engine starts clicking under heavy load in a higher gear(3rd gear uphill)
Could be a rod knock or maybe timing is too advanced and its pinging. Check timing chain tension as well.
About what my 230 dus .
I’ll have to do this again now that I got a cam kit with springs and I fixed the kicker issue. The bike has a lot of top end now.
My stock 84 atc200x with 20' journey will do 55
My 1980 185 will stay with a 200x
