- Add activation key #023000EE to Audi #MMI system DIY tutorial. With More Incredible Bash you can flash your #MIB2 unit with modified image and add all missing FEC/SWaP activation codes - including the ones for navigation map update, CarPlay, AndroidAuto. For free.
Start with entering hidden red menu (REM) to check installed activation codes and current firmware. Update MMI firmware if needed, install More Incredible Bash, enter hidden green menu (GEM) and use More Incredible Bash to perform AIO (all-in-one) patch.

I am assuming this video was created, for revisiting the "0230000EE" patch, correct? As I saw a "new" video from your channel and was a little confused at first. As I thought this was yet a new file. @mr-fix I have a question which is slighlty off topic but is about MMI map updates. I have just updated my HN+ to the latest FW & Europe maps 6.36 and used the unblocker to activate. All is ok but my cars nav gps does not show my postion and is like 90 miles away. I have driving the car but still it is not finding my positon. Do you know how to fix this? Cheers

Hey, my only FEC is 02100016. The FEC decoder somehow doesn't show any expiration dates. What is the latest navigation map version I can install with it? I know the question is actually about the MIB1, but I don't know where else to ask. Thanks for your help!

Hi Mr Fix - this video was most helpful in adding the activation codes I had but lost when I installed a new MMI head unit to replace my old one that failed. I ran the All-in-One process and now have phone, bluetooth, car play and navigation but my rear view camera still isn't working. Is there something in the mib menu I can run to restore the rear view camera? Thanks for your help!

There is a way of getting the satellite imaging back. I got mine fixed by a guy I found on UA-cam although I believe it to be a cached version meaning I’m not sure if it would be updated alongside the Audi maps. I hadn’t tried yet hence why I’m watching this video as my car stopped receiving updates 4 years ago

Ciao sono molto interessanti i tuoi video, già ho aggiornato il virtual cockpit di audi a3 8v ora volevo aggiornare il software dell'mmi con P5089 come hai fatto te nell'altro video,ma per installare questa patch con la scheda sd che ho già preparato e che penso sblocchi le mappe, il carplay ed altre cose tra cui avere la regolazione del subwoofer, non ho capito se devo subito entrare nel menù verde o prima sul menù rosso e fare l'update? E il backup lo fa da solo quando avvio il menù verde? Grazie!
Cześć. Kupiłem ostatnio A4 B9 2019 ("półlift") i chciałbym w nim podnieść soft, a docelowo również mapy. OBECNY SW TRAIN MHI2Q_ER_AUG22_P5092, kod licencji 023002a. Auto z programu audi select, a więc na gwarancji - nie chciałbym jej stracić. Dobrze kombinuję,, że po wykonaniu całego update'u powinienem po prostu odinstalować z auta indrecidble bash i powinno być ok? Dodatkowe pytanie, czy jest sens wykonywać update bez posiadania jakiegoś narzędzie OBD - nie będę w stanie skasować błędu. Trzecia sprawa - auto posiada nagłośnienie B&O - na ile bezpiecznym jest update z samym pominięciem paczki dla audio (bez softowego odłączania wzacniacza)? Z góry dzięki

Actually this AIO patch will add new CP/AA licenses if not present in the system already. So I believe you are good.

If your firmware is supported by M.I.B. patches package, you don't need to update.

This is 2016 Audi S3 (8V) but the same procedure will work for all Audi vehicles with MIB2 units. Check firmware version. If it starts with "MHI2...", you should be good.

Mr Fix, how is it possible to add the activation key on an 2012-2015 A3/S3 (MHIG) that doesn't support GEM/green menu?
Check one of the experimental versions of More Incredible Bash. v3.7.0 i believe had support for MHIG.

Hi, I tried doing this update and it all flashed successfully, it went to reboot the MMI and now I have a black screen, no controls and the virtual cockpit shows me that all my entertainment/navigation/telephone functions are unavailable, I’m able to do a 3 button combination reset and can see from the virtual cockpit that the systems try to reinitialise but I’m still left with a black screen on the MMI itself, any ideas or help? I followed the video guide to a tea but have this issue (Audi S3 2017 updated to the same MMI software as yours)

I want to update to: MHS2_EU_AU_K0137 but the "PATCH COMPATIBILITY TABLE" dont list this Software. So i cant use mib?
More Incredible Bash is for HIGH units only (MHIG, MHI2, MHI2Q). You have MHS2. Go to mib-helper.com and check which tools are for you.
After do the MIB successfully, the Navi database is gone, and can't use Navi anymore.
The activation code 0230000ee is now available.
Do you have any solutions?

Has anyone ran into an issue where the red menu does recodnized the sd cards, it reads tem but then i get the media is unavailable, i need to reoal my firmware that stopped working. Thank you.
SD card not prepared correctly or you have MHS2 or MST2 system instead of the supported MHI2.
@@mrfixpl thats the firm ware that cones up, but now did something that whe the mmi turns on it shows A1 instead of Q3 which is what i have.
Hello, i have installed MIB with USB, placed the patches in the right folder but the line "MIB" not appear in green menu, here is my version : MHI2_ER_AU37x_P3620, is it cause it was done with an USB ?
with visible only with the M.I.B. USB/SD inserted. it's a safety mechanism that forces used to create backups before doing anything with the system.

There’s experimental versions 3.7.0 with support for MHIG. Update to latest MHIG EU AU firmware. Install More Incredible Bash and maybe there’s even „live patching” option for you.

@@mrfixpl I went ahead and updated to latest firmware: MHIG_EU_AU_K1555 and then also updated to the v3.7.1 of M.I.B but the GEM is not being activated :/
Also tired activating it with VCDS but no luck.
