What VERY Beautiful Roads. Thanks for The Trips and Please forgive me because I've been Watching You for Months Now "Thinking" I was Subscribed .. Now I am. I Love it when you take those Back Roads and SNOW Is Involved!! Always feels like in the Passenger Seat enjoying it All without Ever having to leave my Electric Recliner. See ya on the Flip Side, Drive Safe ~Laurie Ann
It is a nice route. I got lucky catching it in the rain...maybe karma for having to double back from Crested Butte! You have good taste in choosing roads In my opinion!
Nice to have my memory verified! I do also have a memory of a rock we all thought looked like a cow...and we would comment on it everytime we made that trip? Maybe you remember where that was?
@@backroadsofcolorado I've been home for 2 weeks, business has been s.l.o.w. but maybe Monday things will shake loose. I got the new cam like yours and have my old one handy for outside filming. The Cow Rock is at the base of Kenosha Pass on the south side, just where you drop into South Park. At least, it was there the last time I went through that way a few years ago!
Definitely! There's a dirt road from Buford to I believe, Newcastle that I want to take...if that is the road you are talking about. I've checked it out on google earth but haven't had the time to drive it yet.
True! At night, in winter, it isn't all that scary, and the snow is the thing we concentrate on. A different road in the summer and daylight! Yes I agree beautiful/scary. Thanks for your comment.

Great ride videos, keep them coming. Last time I drove that route was late June 2020. Coming from Oregon.

It was a 1967 Chevrolet Bel Air station wagon and we did live in Olathe at the time. Your memory is correct. 😊

Also, wondering where you have been driving!

Thanks! I wondered where the cow rock was..it was important to us! If you have any questions about that camera, let me know...maybe I can help.
@@backroadsofcolorado Thanks, I'll do that. And yes, that cow rock is cool. I hope they still keep it painted, the used to.
All my years of hunting east of Yellow Jacket Pass I always wanted to drive from Buford toward Glenwood Springs
