A well thought out and impressive build! Mine just arrived last week and ive been waiting to see what you were going to do with yours. I picked up the RCAWD drive shafts to find out that the EVO and non EVO are two different lengths due to the 2 speed trans. I ordered the hobby plus drive shafts because you can trim them unlike the RCAWD.
Thank you and I didn’t know that about the driveshafts. The rcawd shafts did look beefier but I wanted to stay with the hobby plus brand. But I was wondering why I had to cut it down. Lol
I think that is the most hopped up T-Hunter I've seen! That little servo is pretty sweet. Did you print up the servo, battery, and magnet mounts? Where did you get the roof rack/light bar? So many questions.
I have a full custom brushless trx4m in my Injora Tarantula build. No actual traxxas parts and with a horizontal servo. Drives like a dream. I’m not too crazy about the stock trx4m performance.
To be honest, I was/Am impressed with Your RC skills.........I can see the pride and artistry in Your work; attention to details, etc. Customizations, I "seriously" applaud You! I'm still learning and Bro, I have so, so much more to learn. I watched Your video for knowledge, of which I did receive.......thanks!!!@@DanPRC
Yo, Awesome rig man, did you run into any clearance issues with the Mini Komodo motor, like hitting the drive shaft or anything and what pinion gear did you use 11t 0.4mod?
@@DanPRC That's Excellent, thank you man, I've been looking everywhere to see if this is possible, can't have a Unimog without a powerful motor, thanks for responding so fast!!!
@@texavon6168 No problem at all. You can use any motor that’s labeled to fit the trx4m. It mainly comes down to how long the motor shafts are. I think it’s a great upgrade for more power and since these EVO versions have all metal gears throughout the trucks.

@@DanPRC the RCAWD style is dog bone like style instead of a spline. Very different

Thanks and yes I printed all the parts. The light bar is for the trx4m. I made the roof rack to fit it.
