This isn't bad, this is different. This is alt-j. If you listen to some of their music, this is what their songs sound like. Just because it doesn't sound like your average chart topping song, doesn't mean it's bad. It's modern, and it's unique, and that in itself makes me love this, and alt-j in general. To cover an already existing song is hard, and to make it your own is even harder, but these guys nailed it. This is a whole new level of exploring different sounds and really having fun with songs that already exist, and it's just awesome to see.
Can we appreciate the instrumental for this? I love how it's basically just a remixed version of Latch and sounds like a different song entirely at points
