Me too, I had plenty of boy toys of cars, a remote control car, helicopter, action man figures, a train set and a robot too. I loved them because they were more exciting than my bears and dolls that gave me the creeps! 😱🐻
My great niece - between 2 and 4 years of age - loved all her big brother toys and all his clothes. She used to take his shirts, shorts, shoes, and slippers and wear them. Now she's 4 1/2 years old and suddenly, she wants all girl things. For Christmas, she requested a Barbie doll and pretty dresses. Typical princess. 🥰

I totally understand Roa. I played more with cars than with dolls. I grew up, married, raised children and playing with cars as a child did not harm me at all. 75 now

I totally agree. He shouldn't be verbalizing this in front of Roa. Hearing this over and over is going to make her feel insecure and embarrassed for liking what Joon said, " Boy Toys".

Roa is a kid, kids like cars/trucks. Her being a girl doesn't matter. Not all girls like dolls. I'm a woman and I played with everything as a child- dolls, cars, construction and emergency vehicles, Lego. It's best to let her play with whatever she wants to and not force her to play with "girl toys" just because she's a girl. Toys are not gendered, it's the adults who decide that. "Dolls and pink are for girls" and "Cars and blue are for boys" isn't something kids think about, but for some reason adults do. Kids don't care and most don't even have a concept of gender at this age. Just let her be a kid, she'll be just fine :)

It also helps the child explore and have fun, also knowing a lot of things. I'm pre-k teacher and it's all for them to have fun and enjoy. 😊

My dad taught me to shoot, to drive a tractor. I even had flying lessons,I had access to his tools and supplies to make anything I wanted, but I also took jazz and ballet. I think it's good for a child to explore. ❤ Roa's confidence will grow and grow ❤, the more she expresses herself.

It’s ok for her to like any kind of toys, please don’t force any stereotypes on her, so she can grow up expressing her true self feeling free about her likes and dislikes, and for her to not hide her real interest just to please others. Love you guys ❤
1 ..... she knows exactly what she wants and makes it known in her own way. I understood it all. and she understands everything you say. She's attentive and not distracted. Don't worry mom and dad....there's nothing wrong with Roa. My 4 year old granddaughter got that same paw patrol set for Christmas and a bright yellow dump truck. Her favorite shirt has a fire truck on it. Sometimes she plays with dolls and stuffed animals....lines them up and puts them 'to bed'. She has the ice cream stand too and makes cones. She loves her dance class too. She's a bit more advanced in language....BUT she's older and is only hearing English at all times. I think that makes a big difference IMO. Roa gets a bit of German, Korean and even some English....she'll catch on!! ❤
Number 1. I was always more interested in my brother’s toys as a child and remember telling my dad a train set when he asked what I wanted for my birthday. To which he replied, don’t be silly you’re a girl! Children are conditioned into choosing boy or girl toys. There is nothing wrong with Roa’s behaviour. Perfectly normal ❤

1 definitely! My younger sister loved dinosaurs and trucks when she was a toddler. We called her Truck Driver. She's now a lovely 18 year old still with a love for fast cars. Kids like what they like and that is wonderful whether it be cars, dolls or anything else!

My parents raised me with all kinds of toys and ironically I learnt mechanics with my dad when I was a toddler. It would only be my suggestion that you don’t necessarily state some things are what boys like and others what girls like as I do believe those things leave an impression in our young brains and create expectations that can be later frustrating or limiting. Roa will grow to be a beautiful girl as she already is 💗💗💗💗💗💗💗

I can easily understand what Roa likes and what she wants or what she doesn’t want to do. There is nothing wrong with her. She expresses her feelings very well. Don’t worry and never mind what others say. Although only 1 language is spoken in their house my friend’s nephew didn’t talk until he was 3. Now he is a doctor. Loves from Türkiye.

I think it’s fine that she likes cars! When I was little I hated dolls myself. I loved toys that stimulated my brain so my mom told me I loved playing with legos and play-doh! They tried giving me dolls, kitchen play toys and I’d play for like 5 minutes and apparently would throw them away LOL! I loved creating things! I had an engineering type of brain I think. And I’m currently a physician now so it works out lol :)

1. I know that we may have pressure from either family members or society to be interested in certain things. But the best thing you can do for any child is what you are doing. Give them the option to choose what they love and are interested in, and support them in that.

Sie ist technisch interessiert und hat eine Ausbildung zur KFZ-Mechatronikerin abgeschlossen (als Jahrgangsbeste in ihrem Ausbildungsbetrieb)
Deswegen ist sie optisch trotzdem ganz Frau 😍 und sie interessiert sich auch für "weibliche" Dinge

As someone who teaches 2 and 3 year olds in a preschool, Roa’s behavior is developmentally normal. She is learning self-independence skills and she is also learning things from her daily interactions with her friends at school. I think that Roa’s behavior is completely normal for her age, every child has its own interest, and she’s also making progress with talking! She’ll be a language master!!!🫶 and also quite envy her ability to do that, cause I was born bilingual too (italian/russian) but got some problems when I was 3, but she’s really smart, I don’t think she will have this problems. Again, A language queen!

Cars are awesome! They come in so many types and colors. They have wheels and can roll around on the floor. You can line them up and organize them and theyre perfectly pocket sized so Roa can bring cars with her everywhere! Theres no bad place to play with a little car. I think its adorable, I used to love little matchbox cars as a child too! Maybe she will grow up to be an engineer, or a car saleswoman, or a car designer!
