Fun fact: Owlman was a crime fighter that doesn't kill, just like Batman, but after discover his parents were criminals who went sent to kill Gordon's son, his code and sanity got broken and thats how we got the Owlman from the animated movie.
So yes, you can play Arkham Knight again with this skin and will fit the character. Pity there's not an official one.

Owlman is Thomas Wayne Jr. instead of Bruce Wayne. He killed his younger brother Bruce as well as his parents in Crime Alley instead of Joe Chill, and has taken on the mantle of Owlman ever since.

An auto flight path would be a cool addition for remote controlled batarangs. For example you go on a rooftop and activate the mode, now you can see the rc batarang in Augmented reality and you can put a flight path to it, you can do this up to 3 batarangs with an upgrade. Once you've selected them, you just quick fire rc batarangs and they go straight where you want how you want.
Now make how lore accurate would killer moth fight

Considering the fact that Owlman's gadgets destroyed Batman's batarang's in the original Crisis on Two Earths movie I'm pretty sure at least one thug would realistically be dead as soon as he throws his first shuriken.
