This video is helpful. We just relocated here from Syracuse a few months ago and we are renting in West Henrietta but we plan to buy in about 2 years. Is W henrietta the best for diversity and schools? We have a 4 year old and 1 year old
Thanks for watching! If you go to Niche.com they’ll tell you I believe that Brighton would be the most diverse and the #1 district in the Rochester Area - but what I can say for certain is that every school around Rochester is going to be outstanding - they’re great areas to live and offer so many different people and cultures and all of the schools are excellent - you can’t go wrong no matter where you go
Clearly a supply and demand problem. Virtually no supply right now pushing the prices higher. But, looking at the population, there has been no net growth since 2020. Who is buying these homes?
@@DevylsAdvocut thankfully we don’t have a problem with mega corporations buying our homes like there is in many other cities. These are legitimately real families buying homes here.
Been here for 2 months .. the salmon fishing is awesome . The malls are small . The city is bad. I like the weather it’s always cold here.
