We are seriously overpopulated in Rochester NY. Crime is at an all time high but yes prices are better than like CA of course. It's not all bad, just beware what area you move into.
My wife and I are planning to move to Rochester from Georgia next summer. We are both educators with a lot of experience. Do you think the market looks good for teachers, job-wise. I agree. Some people complain and do nothing, others get after it and make change. Emoymwnt is a problem I recognized, so not only do I have this channel bringing people to the area, but also have a separate business to create more jobs for people. Complain, or take action 🤷♂️
